Fluff is for pancakes, not copy

Need some tips for trimming the fluff?

🥞 Remove clichés and overused words - the word 'exciting' isn't exciting!

🥞 Remove redundant words/tautology (two words next to each other that mean the same thing)

🥞 Lose weak adverbs

🥞 Replace confusing jargon with simple words/phrases

🥞 Change your voice from passive to active (passive voice takes longer for your reader to understand what's happening)
